Los días 25-27 se inauguró el Festival de ilustración checo-eslovaco en Praga. Mi sorpresa fue cuando Nadia ( Page5, organizadora de LUSTR ) me invitó a participar a esta increíble muestra de diversos ilustradores, conocidos y por conocer. Fui con mi amigo Antón para elegir la habitación que sería la de Niñasilla, la verdad estaba tan emocionada que yo me hubiera quedado con la primera! Antón con su fino gusto me sugirió una que tenia una preciosa vista al Castillo de Praga, y si, acertó. Así que tuvimos más de un día para montar lo que sería nuestra exposición, tuve la ayuda de mi querida Ghazal y como no de Antón, sinceramente sin ellos no se que habría sido de la habitación... Gracias guapos! Al final le quedó un toque muy "Bosque de hadas", así que decidí vestirme para la ocasión y me puse un bonito vestido con falda acampanada que evocaba a esas hadas caídas de un mundo fantástico. Cabe decir que mi atuendo se acompañaba de una canastita llena de piruletas de "Krtec" y tarjetas de visita.  Se dió la inauguración donde un sinfín de gente llego a cada una de nuestras muestras: me encantó ver la cara de la gente, sonrisas, comentarios, flashes y participación también para la pared que había preparado previamente de "I want to be like _______" La verdad es que no cabía dentro de mi de felicidad, de ver que a la gente le gustaba mi trabajo y de tener a mis amigos al lado. El festival estuvo genial, ilustración, gente interesante ( raramente los encuentras por la calle) un concierto de electro, pivos y como no un rinconcito gastronomico con cosillas deliciosas, yummi! Así que me hizo muchisima ilusión que me invitaran este año al Festival y me encantó ver la reacción de la gente al ver mi trabajo.

Days 25-27 it was Festival of czech-slovak illustration here in Prague. I was really surprised when Nadia the organizer of LUSTR and owner of Page5 invited me to participate this year in sucha nice event. I went with my friend Anton to chose the room it will be mine. I was so excited i could just pick up the first one, but Anton recommend me the nicer one on the top and with a pretty view from Castle. And yes he nailed it. So all the illustrators we got some days to prepare our exhibition and i gotta say without my dear friend Ghazal and Anton i couldn't manage to build my pretty room. Thanks cutes! Finally we had a kinda fairy forest and colorful room i completed with my outfit: black dress coming from one of these fantasy worlds with a small basket full of lollypops of "Krtec" and business cards. Once in the openning i could meet people and they could meet me as well and talk to me, it was so interested to see all those faces looking at my works, smiles, laughs, and beautiful words from strangers. They also participated in the small interactive wall i prepared were it was written: "I want to be like________" I was so thankful and happy to see how people liked my room and to have all my friends next to me in sucha important moment in my life. The Festival was great, not just illustration and nice people ( rarely you found them on the streets) electro concert, pivos and a small room were you could find delicious food, yummi! So i am pretty thankful and happy to be part this year in LUSTR.
